Hunters Chase Farms is well-known throughout the Texas Hill Country as one of the finest riding schools around. We
teach English and Western riding and specialize in Hunter/Jumper. We
teach students to ride and care for their horses safely.
Good horsemanship and teamwork are
stressed in all of our lessons and are a big part of our program. The
program is run at our main facility on Lone Man Mountain Road, in
Wimberley.
Hunters Chase Farms provides free after school transportation from
Target Greatland(290w/loop1),
Dripping Springs and Lake Travis schools. Call for van schedule and times. And local school buses drop off at our door! After school lessons qualify for IRS
child care tax deduction. HORSE SHOWS Many of our riders also participate in ribbon-filled
horseshows, sponsored by our barn and other affiliated organizations. These are
competitive and exciting opportunities for our riders and horses to show their
skills. We host small shows at the facility multiple times a year. This year we
will hold a HCF Schooling Show on May 10th of 2008. We encourage all of
our riders to attend this show! We
have a competitive Horse Show Team which consists of commited
individuals who spend the year showing and representing Hunters Chase
Farms. They attend horse shows through-out Central Texas, and are well
known in the area. For more information and requirements to join our Horse Show Team, visit thier page. All
HCF students are welcome to attend an away show (or two) a year without
commiting to the Horse Show Team. These students need permission from
thier trainer to attend, and must ride atleast two times on a weekly basis. Our School Year Lesson Program is offered Sept. -

*We offer these lessons as a perfect day for busy adults to have time
for learning a new art, or for regular students to take extra lessons. Paulina
also opens up the day for private lessons.
